Terms & Conditions

Good Bond Cleaning offers a 100% Quality Guarantee for all services. This means in the event your real estate agent or landlord does not pass the final inspection for the property serviced, Good Bond Cleaning will return to rectify the issue free of cost.

Service Guarantee

  • Good Bond Cleaning must be notified as soon as possible regarding defects of the clean via email, clearly outlining the items that need to be rectified. This must be done within three (3) days of the clean.
  • Please allow 48 hours for our cleaners to re-attend. Refunds will not be provided without an opportunity to rectify issues.
  • The service guarantee applies only to items listed in the original claim and does not cover the entire clean or additional areas.
  • Only the person who booked the cleaning (or their managing real estate/landlord in case of a vacate clean) may invoke the guarantee.
  • The guarantee is valid for up to 7 working days post-service, subject to these conditions:
    • No maintenance or renovation has occurred at the property post-clean.
    • Minimal foot traffic; excludes parties or open homes that affect cleanliness.
    • No damage due to weather, pets, or other causes post-clean.
    • The service guarantee applies to the same property and will be honored up to two (2) re-cleans only.
    • The property has not been left unsecured or exposed to unauthorized entry post-clean.
    • The property must be safe and habitable (no excessive damage, pests, lack of electricity or hot water).

Please note: The guarantee does not apply to new issues not mentioned in the original email. All problems must be clearly listed in the first complaint email.

Carpet Cleaning

Our standard steam carpet cleaning removes dirt and light stains from everyday foot traffic. Extra charges may apply for heavily soiled carpets. While we do our best, some stains are permanent and we do not guarantee complete removal.

No Guarantee On:

  • Hard water stains on showers/taps
  • Calcium buildup or mold in sealants
  • Grout discoloration, stubborn stains, permanent marks
  • External areas and windows (due to weather exposure)

We strive for professional results but not all stains or marks can be fully removed. Our definition of satisfaction is “improvement,” not perfection. We cannot restore heavily damaged or “trashed” properties to new condition.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Valid for 7 days after service. If issues arise, they must be reported within 7 days via an exit report or similar from the real estate agent. We will re-attend within 48 hours.

Before we return, a job sheet with a clear list of issues must be provided (from the landlord/agent). Dust settling post-clean is not covered under guarantee.

Quote & Scope

Quotes without inspection are estimates based on average-sized rooms in a reasonable condition. If the actual condition varies, we reserve the right to revise the quote, reschedule, or cancel the booking.

Health & Safety

  • Our cleaners will conduct a safety analysis before work begins.
  • We do not move furniture or lift items over 10 kg. Clients must arrange relocation beforehand.
  • We only use domestic ladders with up to 3 steps.

Damage Policy

  • Any property damage must be reported via email within 24 hours of service.
  • We are not responsible for items left behind unless reported via email.
  • Pre-existing damage will be documented and shared with the client prior to cleaning.
